I offer a spa treatment you deserve at an affordable price, using effective modalities and educating you about the benefits (and misconceptions) of massage. My goal is to help you become the best possible version of yourself without relying on medication or surgery, or bogus treatments. I don't believe a particular modality necessarily needs to have scientific merit to hold value, as each individual is different. However, I take a cautious approach with treatments whose claims sound too good to be true - which there are many.

Modalities offered:
-Swedish Massage (light to medium pressure; gliding-like strokes for relaxation)
-Therapeutic Massage (medium to firm pressure; for individuals seeking pain relief from chronic muscle tension)
-Deep Tissue (firm to deep pressure that targets muscle knots and areas of chronic tension and helps to increase range of motion)
-Sports Massage (light to deep pressure depending on needs - aims to prevent and treat injuries; includes stretching.
-Pregnancy Massage (alleviate issues like back pain and swelling through safe and gentle techniques, promoting relaxation during different stages of pregnancy; also known as a prenatal massage)
-Medical Massage (alleviate or manage particular health issues, such as chronic pain, injuries, or rehabilitation after surgery)

Key Points:
-Receive a spa-like treatment at your location of choice.
-You will be given time and privacy to undress to your comfort level.
-You will be draped at all times for comfort and privacy unless a specific area is being worked.
-If you would like your glutes or hamstrings worked, underwear off makes the area easier to treat, but this is completely optional.
-Communication is key and your feedback is highly valued. If you need me to focus more on a specific area, just ask!
